Rates

Child rates

• Up Children below 6 are not allowed unless the camp is booked exclusively.
• Child 6-12 sharing with adults 50 % of adult rate.
• Children below 12 should always share a room with an adult.
• Child 13 years and older full adult rate.

Rates include

Full board accommodation, drinks (All kind of assorted beers & Sodas), TANAPA camping fees ($ 59 per person per 24 hrs, subject to change).

Rates exclude

Park entry fees ($ 71 per person per 24 hrs, subject to change), champagne, cellar wines, premium brand spirits, game drives, all transfers, flying doctors/medical evacuation insurance, flights & airport taxes, gratuities, items of personal nature.

Private vehicles

Private vehicles can only be booked as part of a game package booking with a prior notes.

Booking confirmation and payment

• Shuhudia Adventure Camp Limited makes provisional and confirmed bookings through email. A telephone or Skype booking is not deemed held until an email has been received.
• Cancellation policy and terms (see below) apply upon confirmation of a booking via email.
• A 20% deposit must be received by Shuhudia Adventure Camp Limited within 30 days of confirmation or the booking may be released at the sole discretion of Shuhudia Adventure Camp Limited.
• Final payment of the full outstanding balance must in Shuhudia Adventure Camp Limited bank account 45 days prior to guest arrival.
• For bookings within 45 days prior to arrival, 100% payment should be made within 5 days or the booking will be cancelled.
• Shuhudia Adventure Camp Limited reserves the right to refuse bookings at its discretion.

Cancellation policy

• Up to 181 days prior to arrive – no cancellation fee.
• 180 to 91 days prior to arrival – 20% deposit will be retained or invoiced.
• 90 to 31 days prior to arrival – 50% of full amount will be retained or invoiced.
• 30 days or less prior to arrival – 100% of full amount will be retained or invoiced.

Provisional bookings

Provisional bookings will expire automatically, without notification from Shuhudia Adventure Camp:

• 3 or more months before date of client arrival: provisional booking auto-expires 10 days after the provisional booking was made.
• Less than 3 months before date of client arrival: provisional booking expires 72 hours after the provisional booking was    made.
• Bookings can be put on a waitlist.
• Provisional bookings may only be extended subject to there being no waitlisted bookings.

Method of payment

Payments can be made by cheque or directly to the Shuhudia Adventure Camp Limited account by bank transfer

• Cheques should be made payable to: Shuhudia Adventure Camp Limited
• Any applicable bank charges are for the bookers account

Currency

All prices are quoted in US$ and all payments must be made in US$. Payment in other currencies will only be accepted by pre-arrangement.

Disputes

Any disputes about reservations or payments or complaints about quality of service should be made in writing to Shuhudia Adventure Camp within 7 days or will be deemed to have not occurred, with no compromise made to outstanding monies.

Changes in rates

Shuhudia Adventure Camp wish to respect agreed rates but reserve the right to change the rates and terms at any time due to circumstances out of our control (such as camping fee or tax increases). Any 3rd party rate increases after confirmation – such as changes in prices of flights booked – will be charged on.
